Gaza Gazette is a news service on Gaza and the West Bank, published in English, French, Spanish and Turkish. It follows the day's events in Gaza and the West Bank as they unfold, section by section.

How we work

Each section is run by an editorial desk with a named editor, listed on the desks page. Every report is checked before it is published. When a day brings nothing new worth adding, we publish nothing.

What we stand by

We attribute every fact to the body that issued it — a ministry, an authority, a monitoring group. We do not publish a figure, a quotation or a detail we cannot attribute, and when we get something wrong we correct it in the open.

Ownership and funding

This site is privately owned by an individual and self-funded: no company owns it and no organisation funds it. It takes no grants and no sponsorship. There is no advertising on its pages — no ad network and no sold space; the only external request a page makes is the measurement tag.

What follows is that no advertiser and no funder has a say in what is published or withheld.
