A United States judge has dismissed a lawsuit that characterised Palestine solidarity activity at Harvard as support for terrorism, according to Electronic Intifada.
The outlet reported that the suit reproduced contested accounts of 7 October and read solidarity slogans as incitement.
The dismissal does not bar an appeal.
