Four Palestinians Killed in Gaza Amid Ceasefire Violations
Son of Health Ministry chief Basir al-Bursh dies in strike as Israeli forces continue attacks across northern and central regions.

Four Palestinians were killed by Israeli army fire in the Gaza enclave on Saturday. Medical sources confirmed the deaths occurred despite a truce that has been in place since October 2025. The victims included the son of the Gaza Health Ministry Director-General Munir al-Bursh.
Basir al-Bursh died when his location in al-Zahra, west of Jabalia camp, was hit. Another man perished in a drone attack on Shujaiya east of Gaza City. A young girl also passed away from earlier gunshot wounds north of Nuseirat refugee camp in central Gaza.
A drone hit a civilian car in Sheikh Radwan neighborhood of northern Gaza City. This strike killed one person and wounded seven others, including two girls. One of the injured females was reported to be in serious condition following the intense bombardment in that specific area.
Witnesses reported intermittent fire from Israeli military vehicles east of the Jabalia refugee camp. Forces also opened fire in the al-Shakoush area southwest of Khan Younis while drones dropped bombs nearby. Helicopters fired heavily south of al-Mawasi west of Khan Younis and in adjacent areas of Rafah.
Gaza’s Health Ministry stated that violations of the October 10 ceasefire have killed nearly 1,400 Palestinians. Over 4,800 others have been injured in these recent incidents. Since October 2023, the war has killed nearly 74,000 people and destroyed about ninety percent of civilian infrastructure in the strip.
